This fast-paced back-to-school program focused on creating a collection of youth-appealing backpacks and accessories that balanced bold, trend-driven prints with functional features and cost-conscious construction. The project was time-sensitive and required close collaboration with the client’s merchandising team, color team, and buyers to align print direction with consumer trends and in-store timelines.
My Role: Design & Development Lead
As the design and development lead, I was responsible for print concept ideation and execution, including color palette development, revisions, and application across multiple fabrics and bag styles. I managed the creative workflow while ensuring that all visual elements aligned with function, brand goals, and cost targets.
